Dear Commonwealth Movers,
I am writing to express my immense gratitude to
Commonwealth Movers for the superior job that was done in handling ny move
(October 14, 2006). After having heard horror story upon horror story about
movers, I was more than a little nervous as I began my search for movers.
However, from the initial contact with Commonwealth Movers on the telephone to
the in-home written estimate to the move, I was nothing but impressed with your
company's customer service and work ethic.
The team arrived at my home promptly at the time arranged,
worked quickly but carefully to load all my of my belongings into the truck,
and expedited the move-out process. .....
Imagine my surprise when I was informed that the team has
finished in less time than we agreed upon, which in turn put my move under
budget! The great thing was that they never sacrificed care for speed--they we
both meticulous and quick. .....
Being a first-time homebuyer and moving is a stressful
enough process, but with the experts at Commonwealth Movers handling things for
me, I managed to feel calm and relaxed the day of my move. Please feel free to

move from Gaithersburg, MD. to South Mills, NC. ...everyone was always pleasant
and helpful when I called with questions. ....you provided a thorough estimate
and suggested the loan of garment boxes--an immense help in reducing costs and
speeding the moving process.
The crew was wonderful. They arrived on time,.......
Unloading the trucks in NC proved challenging, too, as
flooring contractors hadn't finished their work and were underfoot. ....The
crew cheerfully worked to make the best of a frustrating situation and managed
to get the bag and baggage unloaded with no casualties.

Dear Commonwealth Movers,

your office staff, and your moving crew for an outstanding, professional job in
moving us from our townhouse to our single-family home last August. Every
aspect of your service was wonderful--from a prompt, written estimate, to
scheduling for a set date (which did not change), to the move itself, and to
the follow-up service that we received.
Since I had had a very bad moving experience in the past,
with a different moving company, I was especially nervous about this move.....
Not only did my oversight not seem to faze the moving crew, but they even spent
time explaining to me how they were planning to wrap certain belongings....
They were extremely careful with everything we owned, treating our belongings
as they would their own....
We were extremely pleased (and relieved) with our moving
experience with Commonwealth. Thanks again to you and your crew for a wonderful
